8. Client Responsibilities

If inaccurate, incomplete, heavily edited, filtered, poorly lit, or otherwise unsuitable photographs are submitted, the quality of your analysis may be affected. Confident Color Co. is not responsible for recommendations based on inaccurate or misleading information provided by the customer.

9. Client Photographs

You retain ownership of any photographs you submit to Confident Color Co.

By submitting photographs for analysis, you grant Confident Color Co. a limited, non-exclusive license to use those photographs solely for the purpose of performing your personalized color analysis and delivering the services you purchased.

We will not publish, share, display, or use your photographs for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes without your separate permission.

We take reasonable measures to protect client photographs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Delivery of Digital Products

Delivery times shown on our Website are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Although we make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, technical issues, unusually high order volume, or other unforeseen events.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate with you regarding the updated estimated delivery timeframe.

Completed reports and digital products are considered delivered once they have been sent to the email address provided by the customer or otherwise made available for download.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Changes

Your Color Confidence Guide is created specifically for you using the information and photographs you submit.

Once we have begun preparing your personalized analysis, all sales are final.

Due to the customized nature of the service, we generally cannot offer refunds after work has begun or after your completed report has been delivered.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, downloadable resources, guides, and educational materials are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Technical Issues

Errors

If we determine that your report contains an error resulting from our own oversight, we reserve the right to correct or update the report at no additional cost.

Every personalized Color Confidence Guide is reviewed, edited, and finalized by a qualified human analyst before it is delivered.
