At Confident Color Co., every personalized Color Confidence Guide is created specifically for you using the information and photographs you provide. Because of the customized nature of our services and digital products, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Personalized Color Confidence Guides
Once work has begun on your personalized Color Confidence Guide, all sales are final.
Because each guide is created specifically for an individual client, we are generally unable to offer refunds after work has started or after your completed guide has been delivered.
Digital Products
Due to the instant access provided to digital downloads, guides, and other digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
Consultations
If you purchase a consultation, you may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Technical Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased digital product because of a technical issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you purchased.
If We Make a Mistake
If we determine that your personalized report contains an error resulting from our own oversight, we reserve the right to correct or update your report at no additional cost.
Our goal is for every client to receive a thoughtful, accurate, and high-quality color analysis.
Exceptions
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Although this Refund Policy explains our standard practices, we reserve the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
